Tags and Feeds Updated

We continue to work on the list of improvements to Pixojo. In the past few days We've updated the tags and feeds.

The tags now show any desktop tagged with that tag regardless if it is published or upcoming. It was limited to just published desktops, but I wasn't a fan of that and felt it was to confusing. I really do think that tags are key to how this site will be categorized.

Also added a cool feed icon to the top of the right column and listed out two feeds. One for all desktops, upcoming and published, and one for just published desktops. There may be other feeds in the future, but for now, those are the main two.

We've also been working on adding at least one cool desktop a day to keep the site growing. That's one thing we want to get done before promoting the site to much. However, a little promotion may help the site grow faster too. :)
